The third edition of the Arunachal Rang Mahotsav (ARM) 2025 concluded on a historic note, running from November 23 to December 6, and cementing Arunachal Pradesh’s place as a vibrant hub for international theatre and cultural exchange. The festival’s closing ceremony was marked by a special tribute to legendary theatre maestro Ratan Thiyam, with the acclaimed Manipuri play “Song of the Nymphs” by Chorus Repertory Theatre taking center stage at the DK Convention Centre in Itanagar.

The 14-day international theatre festival brought together artists from 10 countries, including the presence of three foreign ambassadors, showcasing the global reach and cultural significance of ARM.

The festival’s meteoric rise was lauded by Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, who highlighted its rapid ascent and the pivotal role played by young Arunachalee artists in driving the movement forward.
