Capacit’e Infraprojects Bags ₹2.2 Billion Contract from Raymond Group’s TenX Realty

Capacit’e Infraprojects Ltd has secured a major contract worth ₹2.2 billion (₹220 crore) from TenX Realty, a wholly owned subsidiary of Raymond Ltd, further strengthening its order book and industry reputation. The company received the Letter of Intent (LoI) for civil core and shell works for the prestigious “The Address by GS – Bandra Project” in Mumbai.

This order win highlights Capacit’e’s growing expertise in high-rise and complex construction projects, reinforcing its position as a preferred partner for marquee real estate developments.
