Key Corporate Developments and Updates

 One 97 Communications (Paytm): 
Antfin, an Alibaba Group affiliate, is likely to sell up to a 4% stake via block deals. The offer size is Rs 2,066 crore with a floor price of Rs 809.75 per share.
 Kfin Technologies: 
General Atlantic Singapore Fund Pte plans to sell a 6.9% stake (1.18 crore shares) via block deals. The deal size is approximately Rs 1,209.5 crore, with a floor price of Rs 1,025 per share.
 Premier Explosives: 
Received immediate closure orders from the Telangana Pollution Control Board for its Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri factory following an accident on April 29, 2025.
 Aether Industries: 
Promoter Purnima Desai to sell up to 6.77% stake (89.79 lakh shares) via OFS on May 13 (non-retail) and May 14 (retail). Floor price is Rs 700 per share.

 Sundaram Clayton 
- Tata Mutual Fund acquired a 2.81% stake at an average price of Rs 1,990 per share.
- Simultaneously, Srinivasan Trust (promoter entity) exited the company, selling its 2.81% stake at Rs 1,990.09 per share.
 Northern Arc Capital: 
- Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte bought a 0.54% stake at Rs 193 per share.
- 360 ONE Special Opportunities Fund - Series 2 sold a 2.2% stake at Rs 194.64 per share.

 Motilal Oswal Financial Services: 
- Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius purchased 2.03 lakh shares at Rs 679.5 per share from Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte.
 Tanla Platforms: 
- Promoter Dasari Uday Kumar Reddy acquired a 1.38% stake at Rs 470.15 per share.
- Shares were acquired from American Funds Insurance Series Global Small Capitalization Fund and Smallcap World Fund Inc.
