 Key Corporate Developments and Updates 
 
 Mahindra Lifespaces: Approved raising up to Rs 1,500 crore via a rights issue.
 Raymond: The stock will trade ex/record for the demerger of its real estate arm, Raymond Realty. Shareholders will receive one share of Raymond Realty for every share held in Raymond (1:1 ratio).
 Syrma SGS Technology: Approved raising nearly Rs 1,000 crore through a qualified institutional placement or other means. Also incorporated two subsidiaries to manufacture electronic components.
 ITD Cementation India: Received a Rs 593 crore order for construction at Jaipur International Airport, Rajasthan.
 Avenue Supermarts: Opened a new store in Punjab, bringing the total number of stores to 420.
 Ethos: Acquired 1.73 lakh equity shares in Silvercity Brands AG. Its stake reduced to 33.88% from 34.39%.
 Punjab National Bank: Sold its entire stake in India SME Asset Reconstruction Company at Rs 16.29 per share.
 Aurobindo Pharma: Its subsidiary received UK regulatory approval to market Zefylti.
 360 One WAM: B&K Securities obtained the required prior approval for acquisition.
 Deep Industries: Its subsidiary entered a joint venture with Simplex Infrastructures to pursue growth opportunities through business synergies.
EPL: The Competition Commission of India approved Indorama Netherlands B.V.’s proposed acquisition of a 24.9% stake. Indorama Netherlands is an indirect subsidiary of Indorama Ventures Public Company.
