Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are in a strong position at 107/2 after 12 overs in their current innings, maintaining a solid run rate of 8.92. After the dismissals of Rahmanullah Gurbaz (35 off 25) and Sunil Narine (11 off 9), the team found stability through a steady partnership between captain Ajinkya Rahane and young Angkrish Raghuvanshi. Rahane remains unbeaten on 29 off 22, while Raghuvanshi is batting confidently with 26 off 16 balls.

The current partnership between the duo has added 38 runs off just 27 balls, setting a good platform for a late-innings acceleration. Among the bowlers, Jofra Archer has been the most economical, conceding only 5 runs in 2 overs. Meanwhile, Yudhvir Singh and Maheesh Theekshana claimed a wicket each but went for runs.

With power-hitters like Andre Russell and Rinku Singh still to come, KKR looks poised for a big total if this momentum continues in the final eight overs.
