NEET UG 2025 Results Likely Ahead Of Schedule, Candidates Advised To Check Official Portal

The National Testing Agency is expected to release the NEET UG 2025 results earlier than the scheduled date of June 14, following last year’s trend of early announcements. Over 22.7 lakh candidates appeared for the medical entrance exam, competing for seats in undergraduate medical programs across India.

Key Highlights Of NEET UG 2025 Results

The NEET UG 2025 exam was conducted on May 4 across 4,750 centers in 557 cities in India and 14 international locations.
The provisional answer key and OMR response sheets were released on June 3, with the objection window closing on June 5.
The final result will include the scorecard, cutoff marks, and the official answer key.

Expected CutOff And Merit List

The qualifying percentile is projected to be 50 percent for General and EWS categories, and 40 percent for SC, ST, and OBC candidates.
The expected score range for General and EWS candidates is between 155 and 720, while for reserved categories, it is between 125 and 154.
A statewise rank list will be released to assist candidates in accessing 85 percent of state quota seats and private college admissions.

Counselling And Admission Process

The Medical Counselling Committee will oversee the counselling process for the 15 percent All India Quota seats.
Candidates who qualify will be eligible for MBBS, BDS, and other medical courses across government and private institutions.
The counselling schedule will be announced following the result declaration.
