NITCO Completes Sale of Wind Energy Business to Siva Green Energy

NITCO Limited has finalized the sale of its wind energy business to Siva Green Energy India Private Limited for INR 63 million. The transaction includes six Suzlon-made wind turbines located in Maharashtra, along with related contracts and land. This move aligns with NITCO's strategy to focus on core operations and enhance profitability. The sale is subject to necessary approvals and is expected to be completed within 90 days.
