In a landmark leadership transition, Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) has announced the appointment of Priya Nair as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1, 2025. She will succeed Rohit Jawa, who will step down on July 31, 2025, after a successful two-year tenure.

  • Priya Nair, currently President of Beauty & Wellbeing at Unilever, returns to India to take the helm at HUL.
