Watt a Partnership! Dexian and OREDA Spark Odisha’s Green Revolution

As a major step towards green growth, Dexian India has collaborated with the Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency (OREDA) with an aim to revolutionize the state's renewable energy space through intelligent digital infrastructure. The initiative is part of Odisha's vision under the Viksit Odisha program and is done with the intent of making the state a digitally empowered and environmentally strong economy.

A Digital Backbone to Renewable Growth

Dexian India will put in place advanced digital platforms to support OREDA operations, from project planning to citizen engagement.
The project will enable integration of solar, wind, and hybrid energy systems in Odisha's urban and rural spaces.
With workflow digitization, the partnership will introduce more transparency, efficiency, and scalability to renewable energy deployment.

Enabling Inclusive Energy Access

OREDA, the state's nodal agency for renewable energy, will leverage Dexian's technical expertise to bring clean energy to far-flung and disadvantaged regions.
The association includes digital solutions to track solar microgrids, rooftop systems, and biogas facilities.
Decentralized energy solutions will be provided to tribal and PVTG (Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group) regions with special focus.

Smart Governance Meets Green Innovation

The partnership is aligned with Odisha's vision of increasing urbanization from 17% to 40% by 2036, supported by a 7,000 sq km metropolitan corridor.
Recruitment through the internet and governance systems such as the Odisha Recruitment Management System (ORMS) of Dexian will also assist in the development of a skilled green workforce.

This alliance is more than a technology boost—it's a blueprint for how digital innovation can propel India's transition to clean energy. With Odisha's e-governance platform already handling over 10 million transactions annually, the state is poised to become a country-leading model of green, tech-powered growth.
