The 2025 PGA Tour season commences with The Sentry, held from January 2 to 5 at the Plantation Course in Kapalua, Maui. This Signature Event features a 60-player field, including 2024 tournament winners and top finishers from the previous season's FedExCup standings. The tournament offers a $20 million purse, with $3.6 million awarded to the winner. Notably, World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is absent due to a hand injury sustained during the holidays. Defending champion Chris Kirk returns, aiming to replicate his previous success on this par-73 course renowned for its wide fairways and scenic views.
