Jash Engineering Ltd has announced its decision to acquire a 90% stake in WesTech Process Equipment India, a strategic move aimed at consolidating its leadership in industrial water treatment solutions. The remaining 10% stake will be acquired after three years, positioning Jash for full ownership by FY28.
