In a swift move to maintain uninterrupted passenger and cargo operations, Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) has appointed Indo Thai Airport Management as its interim ground handler. The transition follows the exit of previous handlers and comes amid the busy summer travel season.
CSMIA officials assured travelers and airlines that Indo Thai is fully equipped to manage all ground services, from baggage handling to aircraft turnaround, ensuring no disruption to flights or customer experience. The airport’s management emphasized that rigorous protocols and training are in place for a seamless transition, with a dedicated task force monitoring operations round-the-clock.
This move forward reiterates CSMIA's commitment to world-class service and operational excellence even during the periods of change.
