Tushar Singla's tale is one of relentless perseverance and merit. A graduate in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and a post-graduate in Public Administration from JNU, Tushar managed to crack the tough UPSC Civil Services Exam in his second attempt with an impressive All India Rank (AIR) of 86. Tushar credits his success to focused preparation, optimal question attempts, and strategic guessing in the prelims.
Tushar's success story does not stop at UPSC triumph alone. He married IPS officer Navjot Simi (2017 batch), who is now a part of one of the most successful couples in the Indian civil service. Currently, Tushar has already served as Sub-divisional Officer in Uluberia and has been on additional charge of Chief General Manager, Bihar Development Mission, Cabinet Secretariat. His success continues to be an inspiration to UPSC aspirants across India.
