Key Corporate Developments and Updates

 Kfin Technologies: General Atlantic PE is likely to offload around 6% of the company’s total outstanding shares through block deals, as per CNBC-TV18 sources.
 Astral: Completed the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Al-Aziz Plastics.
 Nazara Technologies: Received approval from NCLT Mumbai for its resolution plan to acquire Smaaash Entertainment.
 Mahindra and Mahindra: In April 2025, production increased by 20.3% year-on-year to 85,925 units. Sales rose 17.7% to 80,789 units, while exports surged 82% to 3,381 units.
 Suven Pharmaceuticals: Renamed itself to Cohance Lifesciences.
 Reliance Industries: Reliance Jio added 21.74 lakh users in March 2025, up from 17.65 lakh in February.

 Vodafone Idea: Lost 5.41 lakh users in March 2025, a larger drop compared to 20,720 users lost in February.
 Lupin: Launched Eslicarbazepine Acetate Tablets for partial-onset seizures after receiving U.S. FDA approval. The product has estimated annual U.S. sales of $395 million.
 Techno Electric: Launched a new subsidiary, Techno Digital Infra, to invest $1 billion in developing a 250 MW nationwide network of hyperscale and edge data centers.
 Jindal Drilling: Secured a three-year ONGC contract for rig Jindal Explorer at an Effective Day Rate of $35,138.71. The current contract ends in Q1 FY26, and the new one begins in Q3 FY26.
