EBITDA for the quarter was ₹77.23 crore, a 6.51% quarter-on-quarter growth from the December 2024 quarter. The company's revenue for the quarter, however, was ₹291.63 crore, down slightly by 0.78% from the last quarter.

 

In a major move for the shareholders, the Board of Directors has declared a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The proposal for the dividend reflects the company's intention to reward its shareholders and faith in its continued financial resilience.

 

The stock of the company indicated optimism, closing at ₹2,344.90 on 12th May 2025. Prudent Corporate's steady profitability growth and prudent capital deployment continue to support its dominance in the financial advisory space.

 

The final dividend will require the approval of the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
